Prescription Drug Plan

A Prescription Drug Plan, also known as a Part D plan, is a type of insurance offered by private companies approved by Medicare that helps cover the cost of prescription drugs. Prescription Drug Plans are available to people with Medicare who do not have prescription drug coverage through a Medicare Advantage Plan that already includes drug coverage.
